观察了向侧脑室内注射雨蛙肤(1ng/鼠)对大鼠胃液分泌及胃液中前列腺素(PG)E_2含量的影响。实验结果表明:(1)侧脑室内注射雨蛙肽,明显地抑制大鼠胃酸的分泌,同时促进胃壁结合粘液的分泌,而对胃蛋白酶的活性则无明显影响;(2)雨蛙肽在中枢抑制胃酸分泌的作用,可被预先侧脑室内注射纳络酮所阻断,而雨蛙肽促进胃壁结合粘液分泌的作用则不受纳络酮影响;(3)侧脑室内注射雨蛙肽可明显增加胃液中PGE_2的含量。结果提示,雨蛙肽在中枢可能通过吗啡受体抑制胃酸分泌。雨蛙肽促进胃壁结合粘液分泌的作用则与吗啡受体关系不大。
The effects of intracerebroventricular intracerebroventricular injection of 1 ng/mouse on the secretion of gastric juice and the content of prostaglandin (PG) E_2 in gastric juice were observed.
