采用正交试验法和单因素法探讨了碱性环境中麦草浆纤维与己内酰胺在过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠引发体系中进行接枝共聚改性反应的主要工艺参数。结果表明:当单体与浆的质量比为0.5,引发剂过硫酸钾的用量为10.0%(对绝干纸浆),过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠的质量比5∶4,浆浓5.0%,反应时间2h,反应温度60℃时,单体接枝率可达到32.0%。接枝后麦草浆纤维的成纸物理强度性能得以提高,接枝共聚改性后产物的X-射线衍射图谱表明,接枝反应只发生在纤维的表面和无定形区,对原纤维结晶性没有损害。
The main process parameters of grafting and copolymerization of wheat straw pulp fiber and caprolactam in potassium persulfate - sodium bisulfite initiator system were discussed by orthogonal test and single factor method. The results showed that when the mass ratio of monomer to pulp was 0.5, the amount of initiator potassium persulfate was 10.0% (for absolutely dry pulp), the mass ratio of potassium persulfate to sodium bisulfite was 5: 4, the consistency was 5.0% , Reaction time 2h, reaction temperature 60 ℃, monomer grafting rate can reach 32.0%. After the grafting, the physical strength properties of wheat straw pulp fibers were improved. The X-ray diffraction pattern of the product after graft copolymerization showed that the grafting reaction only occurred on the surface of fibers and in the amorphous region, which had no effect on the crystallinity of fibrils damage.
