针对体操运动员学习和完成动作的神经过程的特点,开发利用电子计算机,设计了一种测量人的手脚按视觉图形运动的方法。用这种方法,对我国516名体操运动员和578名青少年儿童,完成这种运动的时间和发生错误的次数,作了测定和比较分析,并用横断法和教学实验法进行了研究,结果发现,手脚视觉图形运动的速度和准确性,在健将级与3~1级体操运动员之间、体操运动员与同年龄的普通学生之间,都存在明显的差别,前者优于后者。这种活动速度较快、准确性较高者,学习基本的体操动作获得的成绩,优于速度较慢、准确性较差者。对于这种运动的速度和准确性,7~11岁是其年龄发展加速期,12~22岁为波动发展期;在体操运动训练的作用下,这种运动的速度和准确性,在年龄加速期的发展提高明显加快,而且,随后的波浪式发展变化明显减小。
According to the characteristics of the neural process of gymnasts learning and completing the action, a computer-based method is developed to measure the movement of human hands and feet according to visual patterns. In this way, 516 gymnasts and 578 adolescents and children in our country were tested and compared for the time and the number of mistakes in accomplishing such exercise, and the study was conducted by means of cross-sectional study and teaching experiment.
