为了提高单基球形药的成球质量,在传统球形火药制备的工艺基础上,加入含能增塑剂N-丁基硝氧乙基硝胺(BuNENA),通过改变工艺条件(溶剂含量、水含量、搅拌速度和驱溶速度等),探索BuNENA球形药的制备工艺。结果表明:在棉水比为1∶29、棉溶比为1∶15、初始和预驱溶温度为48℃等合适的原料配比和实验条件下,制备所得的BuNENA球形药质量比较理想。
In order to improve the quality of ball-forming of single-base spherical drug, based on the traditional ball-shaped powder preparation technology, N-butylnitrobenzene nitroamide (BuNENA) Content, stirring speed and dissolution rate, etc.) to explore BuNENA spherical drug preparation process. The results showed that the optimum mass of BuNENA spherical drug was obtained under the proper material ratio and experimental conditions such as the ratio of cotton to water 1:29, the ratio of cotton to water 1:15, the initial temperature and the predissolving temperature 48 ℃.
