目的探讨动态增强CT在垂体微腺瘤诊断中的研究价值。方法回顾性分析78例经临床及实验室检查诊断为垂体微腺瘤患者其CT平扫、动态增强扫描及常规延迟增强垂体微腺瘤的特征。结果CT平扫、动态增强扫描及常规延迟增强垂体微腺瘤的检出率分别为50%、90%和66%,三种不同扫描方法病灶检出率有着显著的差异。结论CT动态增强扫描及常规延迟增强提高了垂体微腺瘤的检出率,对其诊断、治疗及预后起着关键的作用。动态增强扫描可作为CT诊断垂体微腺瘤首选的强化方法。
Objective To investigate the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced CT in the diagnosis of pituitary microadenomas. Methods A retrospective analysis of 78 patients with pituitary microadenomas diagnosed by clinical and laboratory examinations was performed with CT plain scan, dynamic contrast enhancement, and conventional delayed pituitary microadenoma enhancement. Results The detection rates of CT plain scan, dynamic contrast scan, and conventional delayed enhancement pituitary microadenomas were 50%, 90%, and 66%, respectively. There were significant differences in the detection rates of lesions by three different scan methods. Conclusion CT dynamic enhanced scan and conventional delayed enhancement enhance the detection rate of pituitary microadenomas and play a key role in their diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning can be used as a preferred method for CT diagnosis of pituitary microadenomas.
