广西恭城县大地电站装机2×125kW,水轮机型号为ZD560-LMY-60(φ=+15°)。机组安装好后进行试机时,发现水轮机蜗室中传出不正常的响声,与转轮安装偏心时碰撞转轮室发出的响声非常相似。于是停机检查,用塞尺测量转轮与转轮室四周间隙,间隙较均匀且无碰撞现象,但盘车时仍有刺耳的撞击声发出。经观察并用手触摸,发现响声来自水导轴承处,并伴有振动现象。拆下轴瓦上压板,调整导轴瓦与主轴之间的间隙,出现时好时坏,但不能杜绝。边盘车边观察,发现导轴瓦在主轴旋转时受到主轴的挤压,产生反弹力,引起振动,同时发出非常刺耳的噪
