目的分析某高尔夫球杆生产企业主要的职业病危害情况及其危害后果。方法收集、整理、分析某高尔夫球杆生产企业1995—2013年的职业卫生管理档案、现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查和职业病诊断与鉴定等相关资料。结果该企业1 431名生产工人的职业病危害因素接触率为50.7%(726/1 431),噪声、粉尘、手传振动和化学毒物等职业病危害因素接触率分别为36.4%、31.7%、20.3%和11.6%。2012年工作场所手传振动4 h等能量频率计权加速度中位数为7.68(1.88~66.53)m/s~2,超标率为63.0%(17/27)。2009—2013年共诊断职业病104例共105例次,其中,职业性手臂振动病93例次(占88.6%),职业性噪声聋7例次(占6.7%),慢性苯中毒3例次(占2.8%),矽肺2例次(占1.9%)。手传振动作业工人职业性手臂振动病发病率为32.1%(93/290)。结论高尔夫球杆生产企业存在多种职业病危害因素,以手传振动危害后果最严重。
Objective To analyze the main occupational hazards of a golf club manufacturer and its harmful consequences. Methods The data of occupational health management archives, on-site occupational hygiene investigation, occupational disease hazard testing, occupational health examination and occupational disease diagnosis and appraisal of a golf club manufacturer from 1995 to 2013 were collected, collated and analyzed. Results The contact rate of occupational hazards among 1,461 workers was 50.7% (726/1 431). The exposure rates of occupational hazards such as noise, dust, hand vibration and chemical poisons were 36.4%, 31.7% and 20.3% respectively, And 11.6%. In 2012, the median of energy frequency weighted acceleration of hand vibration in the workplace was 7.68 (1.88 ~ 66.53) m / s ~ 2 for 4 h, and 63.0% (17/27) exceeded the standard. A total of 104 cases of occupational diseases were diagnosed between 2009 and 2013, of which 93 cases were occupational arm vibration diseases (88.6%), 7 cases were occupational noise deafness (6.7%), 3 cases were chronic benzene poisoning times Accounting for 2.8%), silicosis 2 cases (1.9%). Hand-transmitted vibration occupational occupational vibration of the arm disease was 32.1% (93/290). Conclusion There are many hazards of occupational diseases in golf club manufacturing enterprises.
