衡阳市艺术学校是湖南地区唯一一所艺术中专。三十八年来,培养了数以千计的艺术人才。但目前在校的几百名学生中,有一部分来自贫困山区和特困家庭,正面临着难以承受的困难。为了使这些学生能象城市的孩子一样,不为一日三餐发愁,不为夏暑冬寒烦恼,一心一意专致于学业,衡阳市文化局党委决定,在市直属文化单位实施资助衡阳市艺术学校特困生的“爱心工程”。“爱心工程”号召全体党员、干部、职工发扬中华民族扶危济困精神,对特困学生伸出友爱援助之手,并把此“工程”作为一项长期的经常性的活动来开展。大家共同献爱心,托出明天的太阳。目前,特困生已得到许多方面的援助,他们表示,要以百倍的努力,去回报大家。 Hengyang Art School is the only art secondary school in Hunan.
