1986年8月21～25日在大连召开了“组合机床技术服务咨询会”,参加会议的有来自全国28个单位的46名代表,中国机床总公司的代表应邀参加了大会,大连市经委的领导同志及市科教委的代表也出席了大会。大连组合机床研究所金振华所长在欢迎词中指出:这次会议是根据部局的有关指示精神召开的,会议的目的是:①请广大用户对组合机床行业提出意见、要求和希望;②进行一次技术交流,并汇报我所在“六五”期间所作的一些基础性工作,希望广大用户了解;③沟通一下各单位在“七五”期间要上哪
On August 21st to 25th, 1986, a “combination machine tool technical service consultation meeting” was held in Dalian. 46 representatives from 28 units across the country participated in the meeting. Representatives of China National Machine Tool Corporation were invited to attend the conference, and the Dalian Economic Commission Leading comrades and representatives from the Municipal Science and Education Commission also attended the conference. Director Jin Zhenhua from Dalian Institute of Combined Machine Tools stated in the welcome speech that the meeting was held in accordance with the spirit of the relevant instructions of the bureau. The purpose of the meeting was: 1 to ask the users to put forward opinions, requirements and hopes for the machine tool industry; 2 Technical exchanges and report on some of the basic work that I did during the “6th Five-Year Plan” period, and hope that the majority of users will understand; 3 to communicate where the various units will go during the “7th Five-Year Plan” period.
