给出了三维激光切割理论。估计了用不同偏振方式所确定的切割效率,给出了平面平行偏振限制的物理因素。当板材厚度与切割宽度比较大时,用径向偏振光束与用平面平行偏振以及圆偏振光束相比较,激光切割效率分别提高1.5至2倍。讨论了产生径向偏振光束的方法。
The 3D laser cutting theory is given. The cutting efficiency, which is determined by different polarization methods, is estimated, and the physical factors of planar parallel polarization are given. When the sheet thickness and cutting width is relatively large, with the radial polarization beam and plane-parallel polarization and circularly polarized beam compared to the laser cutting efficiency increased by 1.5 to 2 times. A method of generating a radially polarized beam is discussed.
