金沙江畔,雀儿山麓,有一座中外闻名的德格印经院。它从清雍正七年(公元一七二九年)始建,即广泛搜求并刻印了佛门各派的经典书籍。这里保存的藏文木质经版,距今已有二百六十余年;卷帙浩繁,书板总数达二十一万三千七百七十六块,总字数约二亿五千万,共三百零八部,还有画版七百余块;内容丰富,涉及我国藏族地区的政治、经济、哲学、宗教、文学;历史、医学、风俗等。这些藏文经版典籍,是我国藏族人民进行生产斗争、政治活动、科学实践的历史记录,是藏族人民智慧的结晶,是极为珍贵的民族档案史料。
Jinsha River, Childers foothills, there is a famous Dege India Institute. It was built in the seven years of the Qing Emperor Yongzheng (1729 CE), which extensively sought and printed the classic books from various Buddhist factions. The wooden version of the Tibetan script preserved here has existed for more than two hundred and sixty years now. There are numerous volumes of books, with a total of 213,776 boards and a total of about 250 million words Three hundred and eight, there are more than 700 pieces of painting; rich in content, involving the Tibetan areas of our political, economic, philosophical, religious, literary; history, medicine, customs and so on. These Tibetan scriptures are the historical records of the struggle, political activities and scientific practices conducted by the Tibetan people in our country. They are the result of the wisdom of the Tibetan people and an extremely precious historical file of ethnic archives.
