Normal student education is an important part of teacher pre-service training. The ability of teacher-student teaching in classroom design is also an important aspect of teacher professional accomplishment. The purpose of this paper is to study the ability of English teaching major students in normal universities and colleges to study the design of classroom teaching in order to explore the new trends in the design of primary English classroom teaching under the new curriculum.
