地勘单位这些年离退休职工数量不断增加,离退休职工工作任务也越来越重,虽然离退休职工管理不是大局,但是牵涉大局,不是中心,但是影响中心,这客观上要求做好离退休职工服务工作,从而给和谐社会、和谐企业的构建提供良好支撑。目前,地勘单位离退休职工服务水平虽然在实践中不断提升,但是与离退休职工的服务要求相比,依然存在较大的差距,这对离退休工作人员的服务意识、服务能力来说是一个挑战。本文对地勘单位离退休职工服务内容进行概括探讨,围绕这一工作中存在的不足,提出了地勘单位离退休职工服务水平提升的具体策略。
The number of retired workers in geological survey units has been on the increase in these years, and retired workers are getting heavier and heavier tasks. Although the management of retired workers is not the overall situation, the overall situation is not the center but the impact centers objectively require retired Staff services, thus giving a harmonious society, harmonious enterprises to provide good support. At present, although the service level of retired staffs in geological survey units is constantly improving in practice, there is still a big gap compared with the service requirements of retired staffs, which is still a big gap for the service consciousness and service capability of retired staffs A challenge. In this paper, we discuss the service content of retired workers in the geological survey units. Based on the shortcomings in this work, we propose a specific strategy to improve the service level of the retired workers in the geological survey units.
