水玻璃已被证明是用于含碳球团的理想粘结剂。作者研究了在 90 0~ 1 2 0 0℃、氮气氛中粘结剂 (水玻璃 )对含碳球团还原的影响 ,对实验数据进行了动力学分析 ,给出了理论解释 ,并指出了其在生产中的应用。结果表明 :水玻璃可促进含碳球团还原 ,该还原反应由球团内矿粒层中的气相内扩散控制 ,加入水玻璃并没有改变这一限制环节 ,但可减少该环节的阻力。
Water glass has proven to be the ideal binder for carbon-containing pellets. The authors studied the effect of binders (water glass) on the reduction of carbon-bearing pellets in a nitrogen atmosphere at 90 0-1 20 0 ° C. The kinetic analysis of the experimental data was carried out and the theoretical explanation was given. Its application in production. The results show that water glass can promote the reduction of carbon-containing pellets. The reduction reaction is controlled by gas-phase diffusion in the mineralized layer within the pellets.
