现已公认肝性脑病的发生与高氨血症有关,并着重研究了脑代谢改变,据认为在引起脑神经介质变化的氨基酸代谢改变中以脑内谷氨酰胺合成增加尤为重要。以往实验已证明移植同源性肝细胞至脾内可以纠正门腔静脉分流引起的行为失常和血浆氨基酸变化,现拟进一步阐明行为状态、脑谷氨酰胺浓度和超微结构之间的关系。
It is now recognized that the occurrence of hepatic encephalopathy is associated with hyperammonemia and focuses on changes in brain metabolism that is believed to be particularly important in the brain for increased glutamine synthesis during changes in amino acid metabolism that cause changes in the brain’s neural mediators. Previous experiments have shown that transplantation of homologous hepatocytes to the spleen can correct the portal venous shunt caused by behavioral disorders and changes in plasma amino acids, is to further clarify the behavioral status, brain glutamine concentration and ultrastructure relationship.
