为证实诱生型一氧化氮合酶 (i NOS)在肝癌发生、发展中的作用 ,采用免疫组化方法对 5 0例原发性肝细胞癌 (HCC)及癌旁组织 (PCHT)中的 i NOS表达情况进行了检测。结果显示 ,i NOS位于肝细胞细胞浆 /膜中 ,在HCC中的表达强度变化较大 ,在 PCHT中呈强表达 ;正常肝组织中呈弱表达 ;淋巴细胞中无表达。证实 i NOS的异常表达可导致 HCC患者体内 NO生成异常及机体对癌细胞的免疫异常。提示提高体内 NO合成 ,可望提高HCC患者的抗癌能力
In order to confirm the role of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in the carcinogenesis and progression of liver cancer, immunohistochemistry was used in 50 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and paracancerous tissue (PCHT). i NOS expression was tested. The results showed that i NOS was located in the cytoplasm/membrane of hepatocytes. The expression intensity of i NOS in HCC varied greatly and was strongly expressed in PCHT; it was weakly expressed in normal liver tissues; and it was not expressed in lymphocytes. It was confirmed that the abnormal expression of iNOS can lead to abnormal NO production in the body of HCC and immune abnormality of the body to cancer cells. Tips to increase NO synthesis in the body, is expected to improve the anti-cancer ability of HCC patients
