目的探讨早产儿血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)和磷脂转运蛋白(PLTP)表达及在支气管肺发育不良(BPD)中的临床意义。方法选择2013年1至2014年10月我院新生儿重症监护病房收治的体重<2 000 g、诊断为新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征和(或)予以机械通气的早产儿,超过28天仍氧依赖者为BPD组,日龄不足28天就已停用氧气者为对照组。入选患儿分别在生后第1、7、14、21、28天留取血清,用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定MIF和PLTP含量。结果 BPD组共纳入15例,对照组共纳入25例。BPD组各时间点血清MIF水平(ng/ml)均高于对照组[1天(19.5±1.4)比(8.0±7.0),7天(19.0±1.9)比(10.3±8.5),14天(18.6±2.3)比(11.2±8.3),21天(18.8±1.9)比(11.3±7.4),28天(19.1±1.4)比(11.6±7.8),P<0.05],14、21、28天时血清PLTP水平(ng/ml)低于对照组[14天(13.4±1.5)比(17.1±2.2),21天(14.0±1.6)比(21.7±3.0),28天(14.9±1.5)比(24.4±1.7),P<0.05]。结论 BPD患儿血清中MIF高度表达,PLTP表达水平相对较低,提示二者水平调控可能与BPD发生有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of MIF and PLTP in premature infants and its clinical significance in bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). METHODS: From January 2013 to October 2014, our NICU weighing <2 000 g was diagnosed as neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and / or premature infants undergoing mechanical ventilation. Oxygen dependence remained for more than 28 days For the BPD group, less than 28 days of age have been disabled as oxygen oxygen control group. Serum samples were collected on the 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day after birth, respectively. The levels of MIF and PLTP were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results A total of 15 cases were included in the BPD group and 25 cases in the control group. Serum MIF levels (ng / ml) at each time point in the BPD group were significantly higher than those in the control group (19.5 ± 1.4 vs. 8.0 ± 7.0, 19.0 ± 1.9, 10.3 ± 8.5, 18.6 ± 2.3) compared to 11.2 ± 8.3, 21 days (18.8 ± 1.9) vs (11.3 ± 7.4), 28 days (19.1 ± 1.4) vs (11.6 ± 7.8), P <0.05] The level of serum PLTP (ng / ml) was lower than that of the control group [14 days (13.4 ± 1.5) vs (17.1 ± 2.2), 21 days (14.0 ± 1.6) vs. 21.7 ± 3.0 days vs 14 days 24.4 ± 1.7), P <0.05]. Conclusions MIF is highly expressed in serum of children with BPD and the expression level of PLTP is relatively low, suggesting that the level of MIF may be related to the occurrence of BPD.
