现在关于唐律和寺院关系的研究,大多是从社会、政治、经济角度出发,很少有人研究唐代律法与寺院内部伦理构建的关系。本文通过对《唐律疏议》、《唐大诏令集》、复原的《僧道格》进行梳理,从中摘抄出有关僧人的法律规定,试图从国家法令的财物、人力等条款,还原唐代律法对于寺院僧侣安养制度的影响。之后从当时唐代律法规定的社会伦理,尤其是“孝”的伦理角度,考虑寺院师徒关系的伦理范畴,指出“师徒”与“孝”的关系,研究唐代律法对寺院安养制度的间接影响。
At present, the researches on the relationship between the Tang law and the monastery are mostly from the perspective of society, politics and economy.
