目的:应用高效液相色谱技术建立驱蚊膏中避蚊胺含量的测定方法。方法:采用Alltima C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,流速0.8 m L·min~(-1),检测波长210 nm。结果:在本方法中,避蚊胺的线性关系良好,线性相关系数(r)为0.999 9;精密度和稳定性良好,RSD分别为0.05%和0.18%;平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.3%。3批驱蚊膏中避蚊胺的含量测定结果分别为34.47%、34.33%、34.15%。结论:该方法经方法学验证,可作为驱蚊膏中避蚊胺的含量测定方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determination of DEET in mosquito repellents by HPLC. Methods: Alltima C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with mobile phase of methanol - water (65:35) at a flow rate of 0.8 m L · min -1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. The results showed that DEE had a good linear relationship with a linear correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999 9. The precision and stability were good with RSD of 0.05% and 0.18%, respectively. The average recovery was 99.6% RSD is 1.3%. The repellents in the three batches of mosquito repellents were 34.47%, 34.33% and 34.15%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is validated by methodology and can be used as a method for determination of DEET in mosquito repellents.
