目的:观察豨莶草提取物对压力超负荷型大鼠心肌重构的影响。方法:采用腹主动脉结扎的方法造成压力超负荷型心肌重构大鼠模型,将模型大鼠分为5组,分别为假手术组、模型组、阳性药物卡托普45mg/kg组、豨莶草高剂量9.6g生药/kg组、豨莶草低剂量4.8g生药/kg组,灌胃给药,观察药物对大鼠心肌重构模型血流动力学指标、左心室重/体重(LVW/BW)、右心室重/体重(RVW/BW)及病理组织学改变的影响。结果:与模型组相比,卡托普利组收缩压明显下降(P<0.05),左心室重和LVW/BW明显减小(P<0.01),病理组织学改变明显减轻;豨莶草高剂量组的收缩压、舒张压、LVEDP、LVSP、+dp/dtmax等均有降低趋势,LVW/BW明显降低(P<0.05),病理组织学改变明显减轻。结论:高剂量的豨莶草提取物对压力超负荷型心肌重构具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of extract of Achnatherum splendens on myocardial remodeling in pressure overload rats. Methods: The model of pressure overload myocardial remodeling was induced by abdominal aorta ligation. The model rats were divided into 5 groups: sham operation group, model group and positive drug captopril 45mg / kg group Kg herb and high dose of 9.6g crude drug / kg group, and low dose of 4.8g crude drug / kg group of Achnatherum splendens herb. The rats were administered intragastrically, and the hemodynamics, left ventricular mass / body weight / BW), right ventricular weight / body weight (RVW / BW) and histopathological changes. Results Compared with the model group, the systolic blood pressure of captopril group decreased significantly (P <0.05), the left ventricular weight and LVW / BW decreased significantly (P <0.01), and the histopathological changes significantly decreased. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, LVEDP, LVSP, + dp / dtmax of the dose group all decreased, the LVW / BW decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the histopathological changes significantly reduced. Conclusion: High dose of extract of Achnatherum splendens has a protective effect on pressure overload myocardial remodeling.
