目的通过了解海淀区婴儿辅食添加喂养现状及知识来源,为进一步加强婴儿营养与喂养工作提供可靠依据。方法研究对象来自2010年5月至2010年8月北京市海淀区妇幼保健院儿童早期发展中心6~12月龄门诊健康检查的婴儿193例,对其母亲进行婴儿喂养现状及辅食添加知识的问卷调查。结果有88.97%婴儿添加了水果或蔬菜,87.05%的婴儿添加了谷类,84.97%的婴儿添加了蛋黄及肉类,。随着婴儿年龄的增加,添加率逐渐增高,至12个月龄时,婴儿各类辅食基本添加完成。获取添加辅食的知识来源主要是儿保医护人员。结论目前海淀区参加早期教育的婴儿辅食添加大多能遵循喂养原则,仍有极少部分还不尽合理,辅食添加的知识来源,从儿保医护人员处获取率尚未达百分之百。儿保医护人员仍需努力加强婴儿辅食添加知识普及和技能指导,以望提高婴儿营养与合理喂养的质量。
Objective To understand the status quo and sources of infant feeding supplementary food in Haidian District and provide a reliable basis for further strengthening infant nutrition and feeding. METHODS: The subjects of this study were 193 infants from 6 to 12-month-old outpatient centers for early childhood development in Haidian MCH in Beijing from May 2010 to August 2010, questionnaires about their mothers’ infant feeding status and food supplement knowledge survey. As a result, 88.97% of babies added fruits or vegetables, 87.05% of babies added cereals and 84.97% of babies added egg yolk and meat. With the increase in the age of the baby, the rate of increase gradually increased to 12 months of age, the basic addition of various types of baby food supplement completed. The main sources of knowledge about access to complementary food supplement are child-care workers. Conclusion At present, infant feeding supplement for infants who attend early education in Haidian District can mostly follow the principle of feeding. However, there are still a few unreasonable supplementary food sources, and the rate of obtaining supplementary information from child-care workers has not yet reached 100%. Children’s health care workers still need to step up efforts to strengthen the popularization of infant food supplement knowledge and skills guidance, in order to improve infant nutrition and reasonable feeding quality.
