播种作业的早晚和播种质量的好坏,都直接影响作物的产量,因此在春耕前必须尽一切力量做好春耕准备工作,把种子和农机具准备好。除了准备好昼印器和校正播量外,还要检查土地情况,作好土地区划,确定播种方法,昼出配种图和作业线路图。这样,才能保证机车一开始就能投入正常作业。过去我们在播前准备工作中,往往只着重大的方面,而忽视了一些小项目,常常因为一些小故障而耽误工作。比如我区的ДТ-54-205机车组就是这样,由于划印器的故障,在1954年春播中,平均每班工作量仅达29.2公顷。在85小时作业中,农具故障就占26.06小时,划印器的故障时间占整个故障时间的80%。因而我们在准备工作中,不能忽视细节。提高整地质量,是提高播种效率的主要方法之一。过去我们的整地工作是存在缺点的,比如土地中间的洼地太多,地头未加平整,给播种作业带来很大困难。由于地头不平,作业方法不好造成转小弯而损坏农具。因而必须强调提高整地质量,保持土地平坦,这不仅能提高播种效率,对今后一系列作业,都有很大意义。
