认真把握公文的写作特色是行政从业人员应具备的基本素养,当今社会对公文写作的要求越来越高,掌握公文的语言特色是创作出精彩公文的关键。本文又分大部分组成,笔者首先从行政公文的总体特点入手,概述行政公文的四大特色;第二部分介绍行政公文的语言使用层面的特点;第三部分概述行政公文结构的特色。从理论的论述到市里的列举,希望能够让行政从业者们提升写作能力,加强机关、企事业单位的工作效率。
Seriously grasping the writing characteristics of official documents is the basic qualities that administrative personnel should possess. Nowadays, the requirements for official documents writing are getting higher and higher. Grasping the language features of official documents is the key to creating brilliant official documents. This article is divided into most of the composition, the author starts with the general characteristics of administrative documents, summarizes the four major features of administrative documents; the second part introduces the characteristics of language use of administrative documents; the third part summarizes the characteristics of administrative documents structure. From the theoretical discussion to the enumeration in the city, I hope that administrative practitioners can improve their writing skills and enhance the work efficiency of institutions, enterprises and institutions.
