本文以北京广播电视大学开放教育学院社会调查、毕业论文管理为例,对开放教育的实践教学管理进行了探讨。在开放教育的实践教学中,开放教育学院总结出了实践教学管理多棱理论模型,对学生、指导教师、导学教师、实践教学管理人员等在整个实践教学质量保障过程的作用进行了梳理,对由此产生的各种关系以及其间的相互作用、相互影响进行了分析,在各种关系的交错与协调中推动开放教育实践管理的发展,保证了其人才培养质量的最终实现。
This article takes the social investigation and graduation thesis management of Open Education Institute of Beijing Radio and Television University as an example to discuss the practice teaching management of open education.
