本文阐述了企业竞争力评价的涵义与目的,介绍了企业竞争力研究与评价的用途,同时对我国汽车企业竞争力研究的现状进行了分析。接着运用层次分析法,建立了汽车上市公司竞争力评价模型。在该模型的基础上,选取2008年具有代表性的18家整车类汽车上市公司为样本,以选取的这些汽车上市公司2008年年报数据为基础,对其竞争力进行数量评价并排序。最后,得出结论,说明影响汽车企业竞争力的主要因素是财务状况和成长能力。
This paper expounds the meaning and purpose of enterprise competitiveness evaluation, introduces the use of enterprise competitiveness research and evaluation, and analyzes the status quo of the research on the competitiveness of China’s automobile enterprises at the same time. Then using the analytic hierarchy process, this paper establishes the evaluation model of the competitiveness of automobile listed companies. Based on the model, we select 18 representative companies of listed automobile companies in 2008 as the sample, and based on the data of 2008 annual reports of these listed automobile companies, we evaluate their competitiveness and rank them. Finally, it is concluded that the main factors that influence the competitiveness of automobile enterprises are financial status and growth ability.
