Recent indications are that a growing number of developing countries are joining the ranks of e-commerce and are entering the information superhighway in a trend-setting manner with the determination to compete with other countries on the Internet for markets. According to a recent survey by the Cleveland Market Adviser, at least 155 countries in the world have participated in the international market on the Internet. It is estimated that in the above-mentioned countries and regions, there will be more than 175 . The report argues that although the developing countries in goods, especially high-tech goods, can not contend with the developed countries, the market advantages, resource advantages and policy advantages they possess are unmatched by many developed countries
