飞秒光纤激光在社会生产、基础科学研究等领域有广泛的应用前景。然而,受限于光纤内的非线性效应、光纤损伤、模式不稳定性等因素,单路功率或能量提升空间有限。近年来,飞秒光纤激光相干合成技术成为国际上的研究热点,特别是国际相干快印网络(ICAN)项目的支持和推动,相关研究如火如荼,各种合成技术不断涌现。目前,德国耶拿弗里德里希·席勒大学基于相干偏振的合成技术已实现平均功率为530 W的 Femtosecond fiber laser in the social production, basic scientific research and other fields have a wide range of applications. However, limited by the non-linear effects within the fiber, fiber damage, mode instability and other factors, there is limited room for single power or energy improvement.
