用流式细胞仪检测巨细胞病毒 (CMV)对急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)病儿骨髓基质细胞粘附分子ICAM— 1和VCAM— 1表达的影响。结果发现 :CMV可以感染ALL骨髓基质成纤维细胞 ,1 0 0 0TCID5 0 CMV对ALL基质细胞的形态无明显影响。CMV感染早期 ,ALL骨髓基质细胞ICAM— 1表达增高 ,CMV感染晚期 ,ALL骨髓基质细胞ICAM - 1表达降低。CMV对VCAM - 1的表达无明显影响。结果提示CMV对ALL骨髓基质细胞粘附分子ICAM - 1的表达有双向调节作用。
The effect of cytomegalovirus (CMV) on the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in bone marrow stromal cells of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) was detected by flow cytometry. The results showed that: CMV can infect ALL bone marrow stromal fibroblasts, 1 0 0 TCID50 CMV on the morphology of ALL stromal cells had no significant effect. In the early stage of CMV infection, the expression of ICAM-1 in ALL bone marrow stromal cells increased, and the expression of ICAM - 1 in ALL bone marrow stromal cells decreased in the late stage of CMV infection. CMV had no significant effect on VCAM - 1 expression. The results suggest that CMV has bidirectional regulation on ICAM - 1 expression in ALL bone marrow stromal cells.
