钢铁企业在钢铁生产过程中不可避免的产生许多以铁为主要成分的含铁尘泥。本文对不同含铁尘泥进行理化性能分析,并就使用磁铁矿粉配加含铁尘泥生产球团进行了试验性研究。试验结果表明:随着含铁尘泥配比的降低,生球抗压强度、落下次数和焙烧球团抗压强度均有所改善;使用磁铁矿粉配加10%的含铁尘泥,焙烧球团抗压强度可以达到2 500 N/个以上;含铁尘泥配比在15%时,降低含碳尘泥的配比,可以有效提高焙烧球团抗压强度。
Iron and steel enterprises inevitably produce many ferrous dust containing iron as the main component in the steel production process. In this paper, different physical and chemical properties of iron-containing dust and mud were analyzed, and the experimental study was conducted on the use of magnetite and iron-bearing dust to produce pellets. The experimental results show that with the reduction of iron-containing dust ratio, the compressive strength of green pellets, the number of drop and the compressive strength of roasting pellets have all been improved.
