为了提高脱木素选择性,探讨表面活性剂(X)与过氧化氢混合使用时氧脱木素工艺条件的优化,并进行了后续TCF漂白。结果表明,表面活性剂与过氧化氢强化氧脱木素的最佳工艺条件为:浆浓10%,表面活性剂X用量0.3%,过氧化氢用量0.5%,硫酸镁用量0.5%,氧压0.5MPa,用碱量2.5%,反应温度85℃,反应时间60min。在最优条件下处理后,浆料卡伯值为9.7,黏度为964.3mL·g-1,白度为44.3%ISO,脱木素率为57.1%,黏度降低率为11.2%。优化后经TCF漂白,浆料白度可达80.6%ISO。
In order to improve the delignification selectivity, the optimization of the oxygen delignification process conditions when the surfactant (X) was mixed with hydrogen peroxide was discussed and the subsequent TCF bleaching was carried out. The results showed that the optimum conditions for surfactant delignification with hydrogen peroxide were as follows: pulp concentration 10%, surfactant X 0.3%, hydrogen peroxide 0.5%, magnesium sulfate 0.5%, oxygen pressure 0.5MPa, alkalinity 2.5%, reaction temperature 85 ℃, reaction time 60min. Under optimal conditions, the kappa number of the slurry was 9.7, the viscosity was 964.3 mL · g-1, the whiteness was 44.3% ISO, the delignification rate was 57.1% and the viscosity reduction rate was 11.2%. Optimized bleaching by TCF, whiteness up to 80.6% ISO.
