检测肿瘤怠者切除前、后血清Ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ水平，探讨肿瘤患者免疫功能的变化，确立Ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ在肿瘤免疫中的地位和作用。结果表明，术前组血清Ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ水平均值明显低于术后组和对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）；术后组血清Ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ水平均值亦明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示对肝瘤患者应最大限度地切除，增加机体内血清Ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ的含量，有利于激活患者ＮＫ细胞、Ｔ细胞等免疫活性细胞功能。
Tuftsin levels were measured before and after tumor resection, and the changes of immune function in tumor patients were explored to establish the status and role of Tuftsin in tumor immunity. The results showed that the mean serum Tuftsin level in the preoperative group was significantly lower than that in the postoperative group and the control group (P<0.001). The mean Tuftsin level in the postoperative group was also significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.001). It is suggested that the removal of Tuftsin in serum of patients with hepatic tumor should be maximally excised, which is beneficial to activate the function of immunocompetent cells such as NK cells and T cells.
