目的:对工作场所空气中锡及其化合物的测定方法进行改进。方法:采样后的滤膜以硝酸-盐酸(1+10)微波消解或湿法消解,用氢化物原子荧光光度法测定。结果:在该条件下,锡在0μg/L~100μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数>0.9991,方法最低检出限为0.4μg/L,3个添加水平的回收率为94%~102%(n=8),相对标准偏差1.2%~2.6%(n=8),参考值为207±15μg和408±20μg的质量控制标准物质经消解后进行测定,结果为199.8μg、397.6μg,日间精密度为3.9%和3.4%。(n=3)。结论:该法操作简便、快速,经济,可以准确地测定滤膜中低浓度的锡及其化合物的含量。
Objective: To improve the determination of tin and its compounds in workplace air. Methods: The sampled filter was digested by microwave or nitric acid - hydrochloric acid (1 + 10) or digested by wet method and determined by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: Under these conditions, the linearity of tin in the range of 0μg / L to 100μg / L was good with the correlation coefficient> 0.9991.
