本文用数值计算法中的有限单元法和边界元法的等价有限元结合解法,对204型小弹簧平衡型大直径(φ110)釜用机械密封环(图1)的变形和应力进行计算;并讨论由载荷和温度所形成的三种工况对不同材质密封环的变形和应力的影响。
In this paper, the deformation and stress of the mechanical seal ring (Fig. 1) of 204 small spring balance type large diameter (φ110) reactor are calculated by using the finite element method in the numerical method and the equivalent finite element method combined with the boundary element method. The effects of three kinds of working conditions formed by load and temperature on the deformation and stress of seal rings with different materials were also discussed.
