液压冲击器是广泛使用的一种工程机械,它的旋阀是这类机械两次振动输出液压系统的前置级,旋阀的振动控制了机械的冲击输出。本文考虑了供油的脉动,分析了旋阀的参数振动,计算了它在1/2次谐波和基波情况下供油脉动幅度和频率间的稳定范围,为液压冲击器旋阀设计提供了一个参数选取原则,即在稳定范围内选取各类有关参数。
Hydraulic impactor is widely used as a kind of construction machinery. Its rotary valve is the pre-stage of the hydraulic output system of two kinds of machines. The vibration of rotary valve controls the mechanical impact output. In this paper, the pulsation of fuel supply is considered, the parameter vibration of the rotary valve is analyzed, and the stable range of pulsation amplitude and frequency between its supply and fuel supply is calculated in the condition of 1/2 harmonic and fundamental wave, which is provided for the design of hydraulic impactor valve A parameter selection principle, that is, in the stability of the selected range of parameters.
