鼓泡式光生物反应器设计简单、易操作并且节省能源,对于培养微藻很具潜力.本文采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,数值研究四种不同的进气布置对柱状鼓泡式光生物反应器内流体混合特性的影响.研究结果表明,多气孔的布置方式能有效增加流体气含率和光照梯度方向流动特征量,并能减小混合时间,更能适应大规模微藻培养的要求.但随着气孔数目的增加,制造成本和运行成本也随之增大,因此在具体选择时应根据实际需要综合考虑.“,”Among all types of photobioreactors for microalgae cultivation,the bubble column is highly attractive for its simple design,easy operation,and energy saving.This article aims to study the effect of gas sparger geometry on the mixing performance of a bubble column by computational fluid dynamics (CFD).The results show that arrangements with multi-pores improve the gas hold up and the flow characteristics in the direction of the light gradient and decrease the mixing time effectively.Thus,these types of sparger are more suitable for the large-scale microalgae cultivation.But on the other hand,the manufacturing and operation cost increases as the increase of the number of the pores.Therefore,a comprehensive consideration of the various factors should be made for an appropriate design in actual conditions.
