目的:为了提高1,4-丁二醇的附加值和开发新型的生物可降解材料。方法:以钛酸四丁酯为催化剂通过酯化缩聚合成了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)。考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响。结果:醇酸物质的量比为1∶1.2,催化剂用量为0.6%(质量百分含量),反应温度220℃,反应时间6h,酯化率可达98.7%,平均分子量和分子量分布分别为:Mn=182197,Mw/Mn=1.626406。利用红外谱(IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对产物进行了表征确认。
Purpose: To increase the added value of 1,4-butanediol and to develop novel biodegradable materials. Methods: Polybutylene succinate (PBS) was synthesized by esterification polycondensation using tetrabutyl titanate as catalyst. The effects of molar ratio of alkyd, amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on the esterification rate were investigated. Results: The molar ratio of alkyd was 1: 1.2, the amount of catalyst was 0.6% (mass percentage), the reaction temperature was 220 ℃, the reaction time was 6h, the esterification rate was 98.7%, the average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution were: Mn = 182197, Mw / Mn = 1.626406. The product was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC).
