目的:探讨TRX-1基因表达水平与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:利用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测23例胃癌及相应癌旁组织中TRX-1基因的表达情况并将结果与临床资料进行统计分析。结果:TRX-1在23例胃癌组织中相对表达量(1.15±0.62)明显高于癌旁组织(0.80±0.20)(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中TRX-1 mRNA表达量与性别、分化程度、肿瘤大小无关,其在Ⅲ期胃癌中的表达量相对于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期胃癌以及在淋巴结转移的患者中表达量比未转移的患者略有增强趋势,但无统计学差异。结论:TRX-1在胃癌中高表达,参与了胃癌的发生发展过程。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between TRX-1 gene expression and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer. Methods: RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of TRX-1 gene in 23 cases of gastric cancer and corresponding paracancerous tissues. The results and clinical data were analyzed statistically. Results: The relative expression level of TRX-1 in 23 gastric cancer tissues (1.15 ± 0.62) was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (0.80 ± 0.20) (P <0.01). The expression of TRX-1 mRNA in gastric cancer tissues was not related to sex, differentiation and tumor size. The expression level of TRX-1 mRNA in stage Ⅲ gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ gastric cancer and in patients with lymph node metastasis There is an increasing trend, but no statistical difference. Conclusion: TRX-1 is highly expressed in gastric cancer and participates in the development and progression of gastric cancer.
