目的 :探讨青光眼非穿透性小梁切除术房水引流途径。方法 :兔眼右、左分别做非穿透性小梁切除术及小梁切除术 +虹膜根切术 ,术后同时前房注射 0 .1ml锝—白蛋白试剂 ,观察 5 0分钟后处死并摘除眼球 ,剪除球结膜 ,切取含巩膜瓣、脉络膜、睫状体的标本 ,用放免 r计数器测定标本的放射量。结果 :右眼 r计数百分比明显高于左眼 ,经统计学处理有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :葡萄膜—巩膜引流是非穿透性小梁切除房水引流的主要途径之一。
Objective: To investigate the drainage of aqueous humor of non-penetrating trabeculectomy in glaucoma.
