运用V-Cast软件对链轮体铸钢件铸造工艺凝固过程进行了模拟,分析了缺陷形成的原因。在此基础上,通过V-Cast软件不断调整补贴、冒口、浇注系统、冷铁的尺寸和结构,并进行凝固模拟,最终获得了合适的工艺。结果表明:方案Ⅲ中冒口、浇注系统的尺寸和位置是合适的,实现了顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷,保证了铸件质量。
V-Cast software was used to simulate the solidification process of the casting process of the sprocket castings, and the reasons for the formation of the defects were analyzed. On this basis, the size and structure of subsidy, riser, pouring system, chill iron are continuously adjusted through V-Cast software, and the solidification simulation is carried out. Finally, a suitable process is obtained. The results show that the size and position of the riser and pouring system in scheme Ⅲ are suitable, the order of solidification is achieved, the shrinkage holes and shrinkage defects are eliminated, and the casting quality is guaranteed.
