基洛夫格勒农业机器制造研究所研究出一种具有高生产率的电蚀加工方法——利用不断加热的电弧对任何形状表面进行尺寸加工。由于在电极——工具和毛坯之间,有一个工作流体流,因而电弧是被压在一起的。实现这种加工方法时,工作流体的动压力不小于1—2KPa,电极上的电压不低于20~30V。能够实现复制容积功能的这种新方法,可以用来加工腔室和深孔。电极截面的形状应当与孔的截面形状相适应。
The Institute of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing in Kirovograd has developed a high-productivity electro-erosion process that uses any heated surface to size any surface of any shape. Because of the working fluid flow between the electrode-tool and the blank, the arc is pressed together. To achieve this processing method, the working fluid dynamic pressure of not less than 1-2KPa, the electrode voltage is not less than 20 ~ 30V. This new method of replicating volume functions can be used to machine chambers and deep holes. The shape of the electrode cross-section should be adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the hole.
