作者曾发现从再生障碍性贫血病人骨髓中除去单个核吞噬细胞后骨髓的GM—CFU生成有明显升高,提示患者骨髓中的吞噬细胞可能有抑制粒系定向干细胞的增殖分化作用。为探索原发性再障外周血单个核吞噬细胞在粒系造血中的可能作用,作者研究了20例原发性再障病人外周血单个核细胞对正常骨髓CFU—C生长的影响。
The authors have found that the production of GM-CFU in the bone marrow of mononuclear phagocytes in patients with aplastic anemia was significantly increased, suggesting that phagocytes in the bone marrow may inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of granulosa-derived stem cells. To explore the possible role of peripheral blood mononuclear phagocytes in myeloid hematopoiesis in patients with primary aplastic anemia, we investigated the effects of peripheral blood mononuclear cells on CFU-C growth in normal bone marrow in 20 patients with primary aplastic anemia.
