从2006年教育部发出关于高等职业教育发展的《十六号文》以来,对于高等职业教育教学改革的议题始终就是各职业院校发展和改革热点,高等职业院校教学改革从宏观上的布局经过了师资队伍建设,专业设置,学院定位等中观阶段,已经发展到了微观阶段,即一门课程的教改,甚至每节课成的设计。这一轮教学改革中,如何提高学员的课程教学质量,如何进行学院的内涵建设,如何提高学院的核心竞争力是改革的出发点和首要问题,也是教学改革成败的关键所在,所以在教学改革中各高校都在积极创新教法,改变观念寻找内涵,努力找到教学改革成功的钥匙和突破口。
