目的研究细胞S期激酶相关蛋白Skp2(S-phase kinase-associated protein 2)和CyclinE在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P方法检测76例胃癌组织和24例正常胃组织中Skp2蛋白与CyclinE蛋白的表达水平。结果 76例胃癌中Skp2和CyclinE蛋白阳性表达率分别为46.1%(35/76)和51.3%(39/76),与正常胃黏膜相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);Skp2蛋白阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度有关(P﹤0.05);CyclinE蛋白阳性表达率与有无淋巴结转移和肿瘤分化程度有关(P﹤0.05)。Skp2和CyclinE的表达呈正相关(P﹤0.01)。结论 Skp2和CyclinE过度表达可能是胃癌发生、发展的一个重要原因,并可能为胃癌的早期诊断和治疗提供新的方法。
Objective To study the expression of S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 (S-phase kinase-associated protein 2) and CyclinE in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of Skp2 protein and CyclinE protein in 76 cases of gastric carcinoma and 24 cases of normal gastric tissue were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The positive expression rates of Skp2 and CyclinE in 76 cases of gastric cancer were 46.1% (35/76) and 51.3% (39/76), respectively, which were significantly different from those of normal gastric mucosa (P <0.05). Skp2 protein was positive The positive expression rate of CyclinE protein was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation (P <0.05). The positive rate of CyclinE protein was correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation (P <0.05). Skp2 and CyclinE expression was positively correlated (P <0.01). Conclusion Overexpression of Skp2 and CyclinE may be an important reason for the occurrence and development of gastric cancer and may provide a new method for the early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
