用电子显微镜观察了表面改性二氧化硅粒子对聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚氨酯(PDMS/PU)共混体系的微观形态结构。重点研究了无机粒子对不相容聚合物共混体系微观形态结构的影响。结果表明,二氧化硅粒子通过适当的偶联剂表面处理并填充PDMS/PU共混体系,能显著地促进聚二甲基硅氧烷的分散,强化聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚氨酯的相互作用,显著地提高了其力学性能。
The microstructure of the surface modified silica particles on polydimethylsiloxane / polyurethane (PDMS / PU) blends was observed by SEM. The effects of inorganic particles on the microstructure of incompatible polymer blends were mainly studied. The results show that silica particles can be surface-treated with appropriate coupling agents and filled with PDMS / PU blend system, which can significantly promote the dispersion of polydimethylsiloxane and strengthen the interaction between polydimethylsiloxane and polyurethane Role, significantly improved its mechanical properties.
