作者针对我国东部油田岩性特点,提出进一步提高泥浆泵泵压(持续工作压力350公斤力/厘米~2)和井底水马力,可望较大幅度地提高机械钻速和降低钻井成本。它是发展优选参数钻井的前提条件之一。文章还介绍了美国三缸泵额定冲数的变化,讨论了要不要配备灌注泵问题。建议今后在标准中对各级钻机的泥浆泵配置,以及泵的冲程长度、额定冲数、额定功率等基本参数不作指令性规定,以利于产品的发展和竞争。油田和井队可根据实际需要选用泥浆泵和驱动传动机组。
In view of the lithologic characteristics of eastern oilfields in China, the authors propose to further increase the pumping pressure of the mud pump (continuous working pressure of 350 kgf / cm ~ 2) and bottom-hole hydraulic horsepower. It is expected that the ROP can be greatly increased and the drilling cost can be reduced. It is one of the prerequisites for developing a preferred parameter drilling. The article also introduced the United States three-cylinder pump rated impulse changes, discussed the need to be equipped with perfusion pump problem. Proposed in the future standards in the drilling rig mud pump at all levels, as well as the pump stroke length, rated impulse, rated power and other basic parameters not mandatory instructions to facilitate product development and competition. Oilfields and wells can be selected according to the actual needs of the mud pump and drive transmission unit.
