在新的课程背景下,学生自主选择课程、自主选择教师、自主选择学习方式是选择性学习的具体表现,是促进自己发展的重要举措,是新课程的一大特色。教师要营造和谐平等的师生关系,要改变教学方式,要建立科学合理的评价体系,为学生的选择性学习提供良好的条件,从而促进学生的发展。国家教育部颁发的《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》(以下简称纲要)中指出:“改变课程实施过于强调接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的现状,倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手,培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力。”这充分说明在知识更新不断加快之时,如何引导学生学会学习,学会思考,学会自主选择,是促进学生主动发展的有效途径。引导学生自主选择,有效地进行选择性学习,是新一轮课程改革的一大特色。本文就小学课程改革的教育目标、学校课程设置、课程实施、教学组织形式及思考的问题谈了一些看法。

To guide students to make their own choices and to conduct effective selective learning is a major feature of the new round of curriculum reform. This article talked about the educational goals of primary school curriculum reform, school curriculum, curriculum implementation, teaching organization and thinking.
