利用超微弱发光探测技术,采用BPCL-2型微弱发光测量仪,通过对正常人76例及97例骨肿瘤病人在手术前后血清超微弱发光的测量,研究在临床治疗过程中骨肿瘤病人血清发光的变化.结果表明,从整体上看,肿瘤病人的血清发光强度较健康人为高且分散性大;在治疗过程中,病人的血清发光强度呈规律性变化,并和治疗效果有明显的相关性;从发射光谱的角度来看,手术前后病人的特征光谱峰有明显的差异.可以预计,血清的超微弱发光在临床上有很大的应用前景.
Using ultra-weak luminescence detection technology, BPCL-2 type weak luminescence measuring instrument was used to measure serous luminescence of bone tumor patients in the course of clinical treatment by measuring ultra-weak luminescence in serum of 76 normal patients and 97 bone tumor patients before and after surgery. The results showed that the serum luminescence intensity of cancer patients was higher and more dispersive than that of healthy people as a whole; during the course of treatment, the patient’s serum luminescence intensity showed a regular change, and there was a clear correlation with the treatment effect. From the point of view of the emission spectrum, the characteristic spectral peaks of the patients before and after the surgery are significantly different. It can be expected that the ultra-weak luminescence of the serum has a large application prospect in clinical practice.
