目的:通过比较大脑中动脉闭塞的磁共振脑动脉血管成像(MRA)与DWI异常信号相关性,探讨磁共振脑动脉血管成像(MRA)在急性大面积脑梗塞中的定位诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析46例经脑动脉血管成像(MRA)检查发现一侧大脑中动脉闭塞并经临床诊治最终证实的44例急性大面积脑梗死病例,比较同期进行的DWI扫描,分析MRA成像的临床诊断价值。结果:46例经脑动脉血管成像(MRA)检查发现一侧大脑中动脉闭塞患者中,44例DWI显示大范围异常高信号,符合率95.6%,2例在DWI上未显示高信号。结论:磁共振脑动脉血管成像(MRA)大脑中动脉闭塞与DWI显示大范围异常高信号之间有显著相关性,在急性大面积脑梗死中的诊断中有重要定位定性价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRA) in the diagnosis of acute large-area cerebral infarction by comparing the correlation between MRI MRA and DWI abnormal signals in middle cerebral artery occlusion. Methods: A total of 44 cases of acute large area cerebral infarction confirmed by cerebral arterial angiography (MRA) were retrospectively analyzed. Forty-four cases of acute large area cerebral infarction confirmed by clinical diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Clinical diagnostic value. Results: Forty-six cases of DWI in one side of middle cerebral artery occlusion were examined by cerebral artery angiography (MRA). The coincidence rate was 95.6%. Two cases showed no high signal on DWI. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between magnetic resonance MRA and occlusion of DWI in large area abnormally high signal. It is important in the diagnosis of acute large area cerebral infarction.
