载脂蛋白E(APOE)是1973年由Shore等在正常人的极低密度脂蛋白首先发现的,它存在于多种脂蛋白颗粒中。已证实,在Alzheimer病(AD)的病理学变化如老年斑(SP)、神经原纤维缠结(NFT)、脑血管淀粉样变性中也都有APOE,并且APOE基因型也与AD的发生、发展相关。为此,本文采用PCR法,对北京地区健康成人进行APOE基因分型,旨在调查该地区人群APOE基因分型的特点,为AD的防治研究提供资料。
Apolipoprotein E (APOE) was first discovered in 1973 by Shore et al., A very low-density lipoprotein, which is present in a variety of lipoprotein particles. It has been confirmed that APOE is also found in the pathological changes of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) such as age-related plaque (SP), neurofibrillary tangles (NFT) and cerebral amyloidosis, and APOE genotypes are also associated with the development and progression of AD Related. To this end, this article uses PCR method for APOE genotyping of healthy adults in Beijing, aimed at investigating the characteristics of APOE genotyping in the population of the region to provide information for the prevention and treatment of AD.
