芦屋海滩居住小区的建设工程,是由日本建设省和兵库县住宅建设等单位联合发起的,为此专门举行了一次设计竞赛,获奖的是日本钢铁公司等几个企业组成的联合企业。居住小区位于芦屋市填海造成的土地上,占地20公顷,有52栋公寓楼,高14.29层,共有3384套住宅。小区有全套生活服务设施和较多绿地,预计居住二万人。为了给居民创造良好的生活环境,对小区布局做了细致考虑。52栋公寓分成6区布置。各种公用设施,包括社交中心、商业中心和体育设施,都设在小区的中心。公寓楼之间的距离在70米以上,保证居民在生活上不受干扰。公寓离附近的公路也有相当距离,减少来往车辆噪声。公寓有14、19、24和29层几种高度,使轮廓线高低错落,不显得刻板单调。 The construction project of the Ashiya Beach Residence Community was jointly initiated by the Japanese Ministry of Construction and the Hyogo Prefecture Housing Construction Unit. A design competition was held specifically for this purpose. The award-winning company is a joint venture composed of several Japanese companies such as Steel Corporation. The residential community is located on the land caused by reclamation in the city of Ashiya. It covers an area of ​​20 hectares, 52 apartment buildings, 14.29 floors high, and a total of 3384 houses. The community has a full set of living service facilities and more green areas, and it is expected to live 20,000 people. In order to create a good living environment for residents, careful consideration was given to the layout of the community. The 52 apartments are divided into 6 districts. Various public facilities, including social centers, business centers and sports facilities, are located in the center of the community. The distance between apartment buildings is more than 70 meters, ensuring that residents are not disturbed in their lives. The apartment is also quite a distance from nearby roads, reducing noise from passing vehicles. The apartment has several heights of 14, 19, 24, and 29 floors, which make the contour lines scattered and not monotonous.
